Bastl Popcorn (Wood)

The Popcorn from Bastl is an 8-step sequencer with many distinctive deep-dive features. In addition to normal clocked sequencing, a user can manually select the sequence stage using CV or binary gates, and two trigger inputs may be used to skip the sequence 1, 2, 3, or 4 steps forwards or backwards. The Popcorn also features per-step slide and gate selection with adjustable slide and gate time. Its output can be quantized or set to one of many scales, and can be offset, transposed, and inverted using the CV input.

The fun doesn’t stop there, though: two Popcorn units can be linked to obtain a 16-step sequence, and optional CV and Gate expanders make the sequencer even more flexible.
