The DJM-V5 is AlphaTheta's most powerful DJ mixer yet, featuring a four-band EQ and compressor per-channel, intuitive beat-synced send effects, and a pristine signal path for the highest possible audio quality. All three channels are equipped with 60mm long-throw faders, which provide a smooth, tactile feel for natural mixing in every set. The new Soft Mix Curve technology gently reduces high frequencies as you start raising the faders when mixing in the next track, providing perfect-sounding transitions every time. The entire signal path has been designed from the ground-up to produce high-resolution sound using high-quality converts at every step to ensure consistent sound across the master, booth, send, and REC outputs. Connect the DJM-V5 however your set-up requires with the extensive back-panel I/O. Each channel has its own dedicated phono and line outputs, along with a Rec Out which acts as an additional master output. The DJM-V5 is also a fully-featured audio interface, allowing you to easily integrate it directly into your computer-based rig.

Inject bursts of excitement into your mixes using the onboard Send FX, which offer six different effects—Short Delay, Reverb, Shimmer, Tape Echo, PingPong, and Echo-Verb—all of which can be applied per-channel using the dedicated Send knobs. The Time knob provides multiple time divisions of your track's BPM to automatically create rhythmically satisfying effect throws. In addition to the low and high pass filters, the DJM-V5 includes a new cross-pass filter, which preserves your track's low end while shaping the mid and high frequencies. This unique filter type is an excellent tool for adding harmonically-pleasing excitement to your mixes while leaving the groove intact. The onboard Soniclink transmitter allows for ultra-low-latency wireless monitoring with compatible equipment; simply hit the SonicLink pairing button, or use the NFC touch-based pairing for a seamless experience.
