The Akai MPC One G2 updates the beloved One+ with substantial processing power and a new colorway, all while retaining the same portable form factor. Taking its color inspiration from the classic MPC1000 and 4000, this MPC blends vintage aesthetics with the legendary MPC pads that have made creating music on these devices a joy for decades. The interface largely remains untouched with the same easy to use touchscreen and layout that helps with fast sequencing and sampling, minimizing your lag from inception to creation.

Festooned with a G2 8-core processor, the same processor found in the MPC Live 3 and XL, you get 4x the performance when compared to the One+. This makes it easier to browse and load instruments and samples, as well as expands the capability for plugin instances to 32. Additionally, the USB-C port allows for audio and MIDI simultaneously, but if you have some old school gear, full size 5-pins are available along with nine CV/gate outputs for modular gear.
