Adventure Audio Merge

Adventure Audio’s Merge is a perfect companion for those who to integrate guitars with synthesizers. The module features three discrete sections: guitar signal amplifier that raises the level of the instrument up to be used in Eurorack, send/return effects loop, and an envelope follower/logic section for voltage extraction. The latter is the most peculiar one, providing a robust framework to convert a few elements of the guitar signal, such as the dynamics contour and detected onset into useful control voltages, triggers, and gates. The interface of Merge is very intuitive and makes it easy to navigate between the two worlds.

Merge Features

• 1/4" and 1/8" jacks for In, Send, and Return
• RECTRCV (Rectified Receive) normalled to Gain Send and is used as an input for the envelope follower
• RECTOUT (Rectified Output) provides a full wave rectified version of the signal
• Envelope Follower output both regular and inverted signals
• Separate gate and trigger outputs
