Mike from 4U Shop is a contact mic and preamp expander card for the Buchla Music Easel. Its internal piezo can be used to capture sound from your environment, intantly converting that audio into usable CV for patching. There's a Signal output for a copy of the audio signal, along with a CV and Pulse Out, which translates the incoming audio into their respective signals. The Mike also comes with a dedicated routing switch for sending its pulse output signal directly to the host Easel. You can choose to send these pulse signals to the Pulser or Envelope Generator, giving you direct contact with your Easel. Mike also provides a 3.5mm External input for directly running audio into the preamp, and using that as the basis for your CV experiments.
